Saad Asthma graduated in Hotel management from the Laussanne Hotel School (Switzerland) and in Tourism from the Tangier International Institute of Tourism (Morocco). He has been in Hesperia Hotels since 2000, where he managed the Isla Margarita Hesperia Hotel in Venezuela.

Previously, Saad was the Director of several five-star hotels from the Confortel chain in Venezuela and before that, he worked in different positions in the Occidental chain in Hammamet (Tunisia) and Atlanta (USA).
