Business travellers prefer punctuality to travelling in business class

Business travellers give priority to punctuality than travelling in business class, according to the study “Loves and Hates” by American Express Travel Company, elaborated by the the market research company, Loudhouse, among 500 European business travelers.

The General Manager of American Express’s Business Travel in Spain, Angel Butragueño, explained to Europa Press that time is a “highly valued” element for business travellers, as a delay can “loose business opportunities or leisure moments”.

20% of the surveyed travellers would like to have a business centre totally equipped in the city. Another 20% would like to know the best places for shopping, to eat or drink, while 26% of the surveyed travellers would prefer to travel with a relative or a friend.
