For years, the return on investment in events (ROI) is one of the most important issues of our sector, and also one of the most difficult. In spite of its importance, there were no books focused on it. MPI, the largest meeting professionals association, has just announced the launch of the first book on the ROI, in collaboration with Gaylord Hotels.

“Proving the Value of Meetings and Events” is written by Jack J. Phillips, Monica Myhill and James B. McDonogh. It provides professionals a guide to demonstrate the return or the impact of their events, including a description of Jack Philips’s famous methodology on how to measure an event step by step (planning, gathering data and analysing them, communicating this impact …), and illustrated it with practical cases studies.

The book is written in English and is available in the MPI online bookstore in www.MPIweb.org
, for 33,95$ for MPI members and 37,95$ for non-members.
