Tourism Valencia granted the WTO.Sbest Certification

Tourism Valencia Convention Bureau, foundation in charge of the promotion of the city as vacacional tourist destination and meetings has obtained the WTO.Sbest Certification of excellence in the management of tourist destinations granted by the World Organisation Tourism (WTO). Turismo Valencia is the first European organisation to obtain this certification.
The distinction awards the best practices in tourism management and the in the improvement in the tourism service.
Among the convention bureau’s strengths, the WTO has awarded the CB’s practices in the financial resources department and in the management of facilities.
The management of other tourist destinations, such as San Martin of the Andes (Argentina), Tabasco and Cancun (Mexico), Durban KwaZulu-Birthday (South Africa) and Blackstone River Valley (EUA), have also been awarded with this recognition.
