Grupo Veintidos and Barcelo Hotels & Resorts strengthen their alliance

Grupo Veintidos and Barcelo Hotels & Resorts signed an agreement last December, according to which the hotel operator acquires 50% of the property of the Hotel Montecastillo, in Jerez de la Frontera, as well as its commercial exploitation, under the brand Barcelo Premium.
The agreement includes the management by Barcelo Hotels & Resorts of the hotel Montecastillo, as well as the exploitation of the golf course and of the external catering services, provided by Montecastillo up to date.
This is the third association between both companies in the development of a project in the hotel industry. The Hotel Barcelo Costa Ballena Golf & SPA, which opened last summer in Rota (Cadiz), belongs to Grupo Veintidos, who has also promoted the four-star Barcelo Torre Arias, located in the Centro de Negocios Julian Camarillo, which will be the entrance of Barcelo Hotels & Resorts in Madrid.
