De Boer sponsors the charity event “Nights of Bombay”

De Boer was among the sponsors for the charity party “Nights of Bombay”, a fund raising event for orphanages in India, organised by the Carpe Diem Lounge Club in Barcelona on the 24th November.

For the occasion, De Boer provided an Alu-hall of 8×20 meters, covering the wooden terrace of the venue with a glass wall. The funds were raised through the sale of invitations to large corporate organisations from Barcelona for the NGO ‘Sonrisas de Bombay’.

The event included an auction where guests could buy exclusive items, such as Ronaldinho’s football shirt or Deco’s soccer shoes, among other items of the FC Barcelona team, who also sponsored the event.

Celebrities who attended the evening included Frank Rijkaard, trainer of FC Barcelona, van Bommel, Deco and van Bronckhorst, all FC Barcelona players.
