Representatives from 38 Spanish cities analyses during the month of September in Madrid, the evolution of the joint promotion plan of their offer for congress tourism through the Spain Convention Bureau (SCB) and Turespaña.

The meeting of the Executive Committee of the Section of Congress Cities, formed by 7 cities, also called Spain Convention Bureau, was held in the head office of the Federación Española de Municipios y Provincias (FEMP). The Tourism councillor of Santiago, Francisco Candela, President of the Spain Convention Bureau, led the meeting in which he presented the follow-up of the evolution of the joint action plan signed with Turespaña.

The agreement signed between both entities establishes the execution of working sessions, advertising campaigns and fam-trips in prioritary tourism markets such as Germany, France, Italy and the United Kingdom. It also includes the renewal of SCB and Turespañaâ
