Antonio Garcia, Director of Alquibla Congresos, is the new President of the Asociación Mediterránea de Empresas OPC since 11th of February.

With 17 years of experience in the sector, he is the Secretary of the Association since 1995, and the Association will start this new phase with his continued presence as well as the collaboration with the administration to achieve the regulation of the sector, to build closer ties among the providers and the develop work programs with other associations.

Antonio Garcia heads the only candidancy presented after the end of the mandate of Maria Victoria Ramos, Director of ESOC, which was approved unanimously. Among the executive positions of this candidancy are also Alfredo Rey (Factoría de Servicios) who will be the new Secretary, Jose Vte. Castaño (TARSA) who will be the Treasurer, and María Victoria Ramos will share the Vice Presidency with Mercedes Celdran (CEDES).
