MITM celebrates its eighth edition in Marrakech, Morroco

The eighth edition of MITM Euromed, the Meeting and Incentive Travel Market, was held in Marrakech in the congress centre of the Kempinski Mansour Eddahbi hotel, from 3 to 6 of June.
Organisers of incentive trips and congresses from 14 countries in Europe and the United States met with providers from 10 countries from the Mediterranean region where more than 2,110 pre-established meetings were held. The event included a visit in Marrakech, a welcome reception in the spectacular gardens of Mamunia Hotel, a sponored lunch by the Atlas Mediam & Spa Hotel and a gala dinner by Al Baraca Riad restaurant. The following day, many of the buyers took one of the two post MITM inspection trips in Morroco.
In this edition of MITM Euromed, two elements were introduced: celebrating the show within the same hotel where the delegates stayed, which was possible thanks to the facilities of the Kempinski hotel, and for the first time, MITM was held without the support of the public sector as the Morroco Tourism Office was surprisingly, not interested to invest in MITM.
In 2005, MITM Euromed will hold its ninth edition in Prague.
