As we mentioned when we talked about the latest trends we observe in EIBTM, the initiative of some conference centers to share risks with the organizers had seemed the most promising for the industry.
The Estoril Congress Center in its “Sustain Plus” campaign launches sustainability strategies, but also introduced a new concept: “Sustain Profit.”
The Sustain Profit means risk sharing: ECC shares a certain level of risk with associations, reflecting the present unpredictability factors. Flexibility: the number of participants can be altered up to a time limit without penalty, as well as de dates. ROI: ECC facilitate negotiations between parties involved in order to maximize ROI
