What is ‘NetZero Events’, the international commitment of the MICE industry? What do ChatGPT and artificial intelligence for events mean? Companies still far from defining sustainability targets in MICE
Aramón greeted the winter, inviting 300 participants to an event in which virtual reality and videos reproduced the mountain experience. Without getting wet, cold and without leaving Madrid.

In this event hosted in the Real Fábrica de Tapices of Madrid, guests were the spectators of the first snowfalls of the year, across the Aragon forests. This was possible thanks to an “immersive environment”, a continuous 360-degree projection with virtual reality and audio effects. Completely surrounding the audience, the images changed continuously, giving the feeling of being in different natural settings without leaving the room. Video clips and animations were produced by artist and VJ Bruce Ferguson (who worked with brands like Lancôme and Louis Vuitton).
