"The Most Majestic Experience" is the name of the event that won the second EUBEA award in 2008. To launch new Lavazza calendar, Promoconvention, an Italian agency, has done an event in one of the most famous palaces in the world: Versalles. The event took place on 17th and 18th of October and was inspired in the Queens world.
The reveal of the calendar took place during the “press conference” where many people were dressed as royal courtiers. The guests saw the “majestic” Queen´s photographs on a huge screen.
The Sun King hosted a royal dinner, on a 97m-long table divided in two parts. Actors and dancers from the “Marie Antoinette” movie conceived a show especially for the event.
About 300 professionals, including actors, cookers, waiters, technicians… were involved in the event organisation.
