They represented 54 countries with 26% from outside the US and Canada, notably 5% from Brazil, 3.5% from the UK, 3% from China, 2.5% from Mexico and 1.5% from each of Germany, India, Argentina and Australia. Referring to professional attendees: the associations represented a 9%, 21% were corporate buyers, 62% incentive agencies, advocacy organizations, travel agencies … and 8% independent organizers. In addition, the exhibition attracted 2,053 attendees from 69 countries, an increase of 7% year on year. The data also confirms that the number of prescheduled one-to-one appointments and booth presentations had risen by 7% to a record 57,000 while there were also 9,700 buyers at group appointments.
Attendees had the opportunity to attend training sessions and to know last trends: the organizers could learn how to build extraordinary experiences, how to go beyond the traditional configuration of spaces to informal and interactive formats, discover tips on using technology, scenery and gamification
