Conceived for companies that close their offices temporally, but wish to keep their employees, Terra Consulting launches Intermezzo. Based on events and communication tools, this training experience has been developed after research conducted with workers who must leave their place of work for a temporary time.
Intermezzo combines individual and collective dimensions, with physical, emotional and rational activities. The programme was launched for the first time when Hotel Villa Magna had to close for renovation but wished to keep its human capital intact.
