For three days, the foundation Voluntarios por Madrid organised in the Retiro park a colourful mosaic of 73m2, made of thousands of the famous Sugus candies. Once completed the work, it was split in 90 panels and sold, in order to collect funds for the Foundation Sandra Ibarra Solidarity Against Cancer.

The objective was to spread in an educational way the concept of integration and cultural diversity in today´s society. “Affect the perception of diversity and understanding of integration as vital for creating a suitable social model and in harmony,” said Elena Pacheco, Sugus brand manager.

The event, a joint initiative of Sugus and the Madrid City Council, is part of a comprehensive communication campaign by the brand, with online and offline actions that seek to get consumers and fans to interact with the brand, regain emotional bonds and extend “the Sugusmanía to keep the child in them.”
