Bilbao works on its leisure products for congresses

Bilbao is looking to strengthen its congress industry, and is working on a Master Plan for Business Tourism, with the collaboration of all the Convention Bureau partners. It is confirmed that we live in the age of entertainment: leisure activities are the most demanded by congress assistant.
The plan covers all the deficiencies and demands to improve the city´s quality for congresses. According to its initial conclusions, there is the need to organise different leisure activities, in collaboration with private tourism companies, in order to create entertainment programs for the free hours between congress sessions. The city aims to become the third Spanish congress city by importance.
