What is ‘NetZero Events’, the international commitment of the MICE industry? What do ChatGPT and artificial intelligence for events mean? Companies still far from defining sustainability targets in MICE
The trade show services company MSB Events just issued a report about the trade show activity of Spanish companies.

The key messages are the following:
-. Companies invest an average of 50,000 euros in each participation (complete cost including team and expenses), figure which increases to 400,000- 2,500,000 euros for larger companies)
– 80% of companies do not have a plan measuring the return on investment of this action. The correct return would be to double the investment, according to the company.
– Common errors of exhibiting companies are to take up large stands “just for visibility”, without a good design or a plan to get Business in the trade show, and not doing a thourough follow-up of the results.

According to the company, “it is time to move to a ROI-minded way of managing companies´ trade show activity”
