Given the current obsession for networking, which is becoming one of the main reasons to attend events, this service should interest planners: Soft Congress just launched myNet, a new software to facilitate networking in meetings .
It works as follows: it takes a picture of each guest, with his/her name and company, and displays the picture and the information of each guest, for all other guests to see, and possibly contact the person. A low-cost alternative to most other picture-based networking options in events.
