Last years doubts were generated… and this year the feared decision has arrived. IFEMA agreed to postpone till next year the 48th celebration edition of SIMO, the International Fair of Information, Communications and Multimedia, originally scheduled at the Feria de Madrid in mid-November of this year.

The goal is to take time to set a commercial and promotional framework suitable for the participating companies, and to generate enough professional attractive for all the groups interested in new technologies.

IFEMA has been working the last few months, with the collaboration of the consulting company Gartner, in the future definition of a new trade show model for the TIC industry. The preparation of the “New SIMO” will achieve a totally renewed project.
